Pet medications require a valid prescription from your pet's Vet. To contact us you can call the pharmacy directly or send us an email. 

As an Accredited pharmacy with licenced Pharmacists, we only dispense products approved by Health Canada with a valid prescription.

Your veterinarian can fax the prescription to us at 416.588.4610 or email it to info@mediplacepharmacy.com. 

Please ensure they include all necessary details, such as patient and owner details, medication name, dosage, instructions for use, and their contact information.
